At Fish Bum Tackle, LLC, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We stand behind every Fish Bum product.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to one claim per customer and is subject to review in cases of repeated requests. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be authorized in advance by emailing us at fishbumtackle@gmail.com. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, not satisfied, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
