Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on orders $59+. Orders under $59 ship for $6.99.
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of the order.
- Estimated delivery times will appear at checkout, but delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
International Shipping (if applicable)
- We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Email us for international inquiries at fishbumtackle@gmail.com.
- International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times vary by region and may be longer than domestic shipments.
Title & Risk of Loss
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we deliver the package to the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in transit. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if an issue arises.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or missing, contact us at fishbumtackle@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage so we can review and resolve your issue quickly.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To initiate a return, email us at fishbumtackle@gmail.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Partial returns will be refunded proportionately.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order products
- Gift cards
These exclusions will be clearly marked at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
